My name is Natalia Doudko.
I am a Florida-licensed real estate broker for more than 18 years. I am helping people to find their PERFECT HOME in Jacksonville and the surrounding area. For many years I managed my real estate company. At this time I have simplified my business running it as a Sole Proprietor and doing business as Sunshine Equity. Now I can give more attention to my clients since I don’t hire agents.
My mission is to make the process of home buying as simple as possible and stress-free. I am working with Florida's best reputable builders. Not all their homes are listed in MLS, therefore you will not compete with others: most of the buyers don't have knowledge about "ready to move in" homes and homes under construction.

At your request, we can arrange your in-person or online meeting with the builder of your choice, where you may discuss a floor plan, specifics, preferred private community, desirable amenities, and other details. According to the National Association of Realtors, 26% of home sales are arranged online. I highly recommend getting a prequalification letter from a lending institution, you will know the price of a home you will be approved for and can buy.
